Change is usually a good sign. It means things are moving, growing, evolving. And for us at Thryve, opening a new office is exactly that kind of milestone.
Over the past months, our team has expanded, our projects have become more ambitious, and our day-to-day work has grown more collaborative. At some point, it became clear that we needed a space that reflects where we are today and where we are headed.
So we moved. For us, a new office means more than a new address or more desks. We wanted to create an environment that supports how we work, think, and build.

Our new office is designed to better support the way we work today. From better meeting areas to more open and adaptable workspaces, the goal was to create an environment that reflects how we build and collaborate at Thryve. It is a step forward in creating a space that grows with us.

In 2026, a modern office setup is no longer just a place to sit and work. It is a place where ideas are shaped, decisions are made, and teams come together to solve complex problems.
At Thryve, our work sits at the intersection of digital health, data infrastructure, and real-time data. That means collaboration is key. Engineers, product managers, data scientists, and business teams constantly exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine solutions.
Our new office is designed to support exactly that. Open spaces encourage spontaneous conversations. Dedicated meeting areas allow for focused discussions. Quiet zones provide room for deep work when needed. The goal was not to create a flashy environment, but a practical one that fits how we actually operate.

Like many companies, we have embraced a hybrid work model. Flexibility is important, and we believe people do their best work when they can choose the environment that suits them.
At the same time, there is something irreplaceable about being in the same room.
Some of the best ideas happen in unplanned moments, a quick discussion after a meeting, a whiteboard session that goes off script, or a conversation over coffee that turns into a new feature idea.
The new office is built to support both worlds. It is a place people want to come to, not a place they have to come to.

At Thryve, we connect data from over 500 wearable and health devices, harmonize it, and make it usable for digital health and insurance solutions.
That work is complex, but the goal sounds simple: making health data accessible, reliable, and actionable.
We like to think that our new office reflects that mindset. It is structured, but flexible. Functional, but not rigid. Designed to handle complexity without becoming complicated. In many ways, it mirrors the way we approach our technology.
One of the main reasons for the move was growth. Not just in terms of headcount, but in ambition.
As we continue to work with insurers, healthcare providers, and digital health companies, the scope of what we build is expanding. New use cases, new partnerships, and new challenges require a team that can scale, and a space that can support that growth.
The new office gives us that flexibility. More room for collaboration, more capacity for new team members, and more opportunities to bring people together.
Offices also play an important role in something less tangible, but equally important: culture.
Culture is not created through policies or presentations. It is built through everyday interactions, shared experiences, and the small moments that happen between tasks. Whether it is team lunches, spontaneous discussions, or simply working side by side, these moments shape how a team functions.
Our new office gives us more opportunities to create those moments.
Moving into a new office is not the end of something, it is the beginning of the next phase.
For us, that means continuing to build infrastructure that enables preventive health, supports better decision-making, and connects fragmented data into meaningful insights. It also means continuing to grow as a team, bringing in new perspectives, and strengthening the way we work together. The space we work in will not define our success, but it can support it. And that is exactly what this new office is meant to do.
